Method 1. Disable the automatic renewal from Avast Customer dashboard
- Open the Avast Customer Portal on any web browser on your system.
- Enter the order ID and your password in the required fields.
- Select Find Order button and then click on Manage Subscription beside the product for which you wish to cancel the auto-renewal service.
- On the Subscription Details page, change the settings of Automatic Renewals to Off.
- Select Disable Automatic Renewal to make sure that you wish to terminate your subscription when the current subscription ends.
- When it is done, you will receive an email which will confirm that auto-renewal has been canceled.
- You have to do the same for each product of Avast If you have automatic renewal enabled for them.
Method 2. Disable automatic renewal via Avast account.
- Sign into your Avast account by providing the correct login details.
- In your account, select Your Licenses and move to the next step.
- Choose Cancel Auto-renewal option located next to the appropriate subscription.
- Move to Deactivate Auto-Renewal Subscription option to make sure that you wish to terminate your subscription when the current subscription ends.
- Once this is done, the option to Cancel Auto-renewal is no longer visible next to the related subscription details.
